The Supply Chain Management department is responsible for the procurement all goods and services of council in a transparent, effective and efficient way.

The five pillars of supply chain are:

  • Ethics and Fair Dealing
  • Competition
  • Accountability
  • Reporting

Request for Quotation requirements:

  • Quotation/invoice – should have: address, VAT No., Company or CC registration number, amount and contact details
  • CSD Reference number - NO CSD REFERENCE, QUOTATION WILL BE REJECTED
  • Tax Clearance certificate (must be original from SARS and must be valid)
  • Copy of the CC registration certificate
  • Bank details or cancelled cheque
