LEKWA LOCAL MUNICIPALITY WILL OPEN THIS WEEKEND TO SUPPORT RESIDENTS WITH METER REPROGRAMMING

Lekwa Local Municipality will be opened on Saturday, 23 November 2024 and Sunday 24 November 2024, to assist residents with meter reprogramming.

All prepaid electricity meters need to be reprogrammed by 24 November 2024 to continue accepting electricity vouchers.

Municipal Offices will open from 08h00 to 17h00 on both Saturday and Sunday.

The municipality encourages residents to ensure that their meters are recoded and the process is also made easy and customers are urged to use the following contact numbers to get remote assistance: Call Centre: 087 056 9505 or WhatsApp Support: 060 805 5616.
