MMC Molaba leads Community Safety Forum Meeting

IMG 3769 2Community Safety Forum headed by MMC for Community Services and Safety, Cllr. Mapaseka Molaba, convened at the Standerton Town Hall.

The meeting was aimed at discussing a multi-stakeholder approach to the community safety that encompasses many aspects.

The meeting deliberated and shared ideas on various aspects and strategies that the forum need to focus on that would make Lekwa a safe place that adhere to legal requirements of maintaining safety and order.

The meeting was attended by various state institutions, private institutions that deal with safety and security and civil society formations.

MMC Molaba stated that the collaboration between these diverse bodies highlight the municipality’s commitment to fostering a safer environment for all residents through integrated efforts in ensuring law enforcement and community engagement.
