On the 8th September 2025, The Executive Mayor Cllr. Sifiso Mngemezulu had a constructive session with a delegation from Goldi to discuss sustainable solutions for addressing water supply challenges affecting Goldi, the surrounding communities, the correctional facility, and the town as a whole.
The meeting yielded positive and practical outcomes that will greatly enhance the municipality’s ability to provide reliable water to our people. These outcomes demonstrate the municipality’s commitment to ensuring sustainable water supply and improving the quality of life for all communities.
