The municipality paid tribute to the life and legacy of its late employee, Bongane Sydney “Chunky” Ndhlovu, during a heartfelt memorial service held at the Standerton Town Hall. Family members, friends, colleagues, and community members gathered to honour and celebrate his life.Mr Ndhlovu served the municipality for 32 years as a meter reader investigator, earning the respect and admiration of both his colleagues and the community through his hard work, professionalism, and unwavering dedication. Throughout his years of service, he was known for his friendly nature, reliability, and willingness to assist others.
The municipality extend heartfelt condolences to the Ndhlovu family, acknowledging that his passing is a great loss to both the municipality and the community Lekwa.
